i-crafter Hybrid Ink Pad - Aqua Bay - As a hybrid ink, these are water resistant so they can be painted over or used with alcohol ink markers. Similar to dye inks, they are blendable. They have some features of pigment ink and, for a short time, will stay slightly tacky (unless heat set) so you can use them with embossing powders.
