CraftOnline Australia offers free shipping on all orders and products valued over $75 within Australia which includes fast shipping with tracking. Free shipping does not apply to eGift Cards. Orders that are under $75 are shipped for a flat rate of AUD$9.99. CraftOnline also ships to New Zealand on a weight basis. The following fees apply. Orders under 2kg: AU$12.99 Orders over 2kg - 5kg AU$24.99, over 5kg we will contact you with the best rate. We are now shipping to the USA, our rates are 0 to 1kg is $14.99, 1 to 2kg is $27.99, 2 to 5 kg is $49.99 All parcels are sent via ePost ( Australia Post ) or Aramex with tracking. You may request Express Post option by calling us after you place your order, and we will quote on the freight charge for you.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We pride ourselves on industry leading processing and shipping times from picking and securely packaging your order to shipping it out to via the best providers. In most cases the order will be shipped on the same or following business day with exception to out of stock items or delayed from our distribution facilities in which case we try to notify you. Please note that this excludes Friday's, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays and peak periods (we are based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD). When your order is dispatched you will automatically receive a tracking code so that you can follow the progress of your delivery. Most capital cities and surrounding suburbs will receive delivery within 3-7 business days* and in regional areas and Western Australian locations within 7-10 business days*.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery
CraftOnline reserves the right to select the most appropriate method of shipping. We will always endeavour to provide the safest, quickest and most cost-effective shipping methods based on individual circumstances. Please note we have carefully qualified our couriers to meet strict guidelines and quality standards. Our parcels require a signature on delivery. CraftOnline takes no liability if you request to have your parcel left without signature or have provided the incorrect address.
Out of stock items
With over 50,000 stocked and on hand products in the CraftOnline range it is inevitable that stock quantities will vary ever so slightly. This is estimated to be impacted less than 1% of our range and in the event that we do not have the stock which you have ordered but can still source it, your order will be put on backorder and you will be notified as soon as this stock arrives. In the event that the item ordered is not in stock and the supplier no longer stocks or manufactures the item a refund for that item will be sent back via the original payment method.
