Return to Sender Policy

If your order is returned to us, you must contact us (check tracking details). Depending on circumstances, you may have the order redelivered; additional shipping charges apply.

Our Return Policy

Goods with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. Claims must be approved before returning items. Faulty stock claims must be reported within 3 days with invoice copy.

Warranty goods must be returned within 14 days of a claim. We cannot accept items outside the warranty period. Selected crafting machines have a one-year warranty.

Commercial use of electronic cutting tools voids warranty. Contact our office for warranty info.

Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes) should be reported within 3 days.

All items returned are inspected. Non-CraftOnline products or items without manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. CraftOnline is not liable for damage or loss in transit.

Change of Mind Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Restocking fee: 20%. Original freight may be deducted if free shipping was applied.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on pens and markers.
