DecoArt Glitter Basecoat 2oz

DecoArt Glitter Basecoat is a tintable, neutral base designed to help glitter paint adhere to the surface for fuller, more even coverage with fewer coats. Its fine grit provides added texture to help glitter paint grab the surface.

For best results, mix the Glitter Basecoat 1:1 with a water-based acrylic paint in a similar colour to your chosen glitter paint. Apply to the surface and allow to dry before applying the glitter paint. A fan brush works well for achieving even cross-hatch coverage.
